I went to work to fix some contrast issues with the diffuse texture and built proper normal and specular maps to give the texture some realistic depth.
Or use those fundaments there is a pure wooden one and one with concrete.

For sanctuary the 0 0 spot is behind the yellow house.

Those fundaments are the only tile akaik that can sink into the ground or in this case into the damaged roof.

The pre war version of sanctuary hills is not truly changed by the nukes in the game files.
