I have the indirect lighting put behind the painting on a glade partition that is set behind the white partition like this but every time i exit the housing menu the indirect wall lighting jumps onto the white partition like this even when i glitch it to float the wall lighting still jumps forward.
How to float any table top or wall mounted item.
I had previously edited this to say this trick doesn t work but it appears to be functioning again.
Tabletop wall mounted items have a tendency to snap to surfaces placed too near them so if you accidentally place a table too near the contact point of a floating object it will probably jump to it.
Try out using a combination of half partitions planter partitions and screens to wall off rooms in a more airy way that doesn t require precision placement.
