Ford Focus Passenger Door Not Locking

I have a 2013 ford escape and the rear passenger side door will not latch closed.

This allows you to lock and unlock your vehicle doors without actually inserting the key into the door handle. As a result i can t lock the door. Front door won t lock 2013 ford escape. I ve tried switching on off the locking safety feature and the little things i could think of but no luck.

It sounds like all other doors lock and they do but there s no way to lock the front door except actually using the key.
